These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and Corter Digital Marketing LLC, operating as Handle My Objection ("Handle My Objection", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using Handle My Objection, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Handle My Objection is a real-time AI sales coaching tool that analyzes speech during sales calls and surfaces response suggestions when objections are detected. The service is provided as-is and requires a paid monthly subscription to use.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Handle My Objection. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.
You must also have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this service.
3. Account Registration

4. Bring Your Own API Key
Handle My Objection requires you to provide your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for your usage of the Anthropic API and any associated costs billed by Anthropic. Your API key is stored in your browser's local storage and is transmitted to our server only when you trigger an objection analysis, solely to forward the request to Anthropic on your behalf. It is never stored, logged, or retained by us.
5. Subscription and Billing
- The service costs $29 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

Handle My Objection and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Handle My Objection is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI suggestions will be accurate, appropriate, or effective in any given situation.
AI-generated responses are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for how you use them in your sales calls.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Handle My Objection and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Handle My Objection and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
